📋 Description

• Translate Greek to English or English to Greek accurately • Edit and review translated materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency • Translate and edit official documents, including vital records, legal documents, official certificates, and academic transcripts • Maintain confidentiality • Follow client-specific instructions and formatting requirements • Meet assigned deadlines, including one-to-two-day turnaround timelines when required • Work on assignments provided on an as-needed basis

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens willing to complete a Tier 1 background investigation, including fingerprinting • Current residence in the United States is required • Native or highly proficient Greek and English language skills • Two to five years of proven experience as a translator and/or editor • Strong attention to detail • Excellent formatting skills • Ability to produce client-ready work • Reliable and deadline-oriented • Highly productive and comfortable working independently • Excellent communication skills • Collaborative and professional approach • Access to up-to-date Windows software • Ability to work with standard document formats • Able to provide per-word rates for translation and editing • Willingness to accept assignments on an as-needed basis • Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, language studies, or an equivalent qualification is preferred
