📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives, including product launches, business development opportunities, strategic partnerships, operational improvements, and executive-sponsored projects • Conduct project discovery and planning, defining objectives, scope, success metrics, risks, stakeholders, and resource requirements • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, governance frameworks, and status reporting • Facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; identify solutions and escalate concerns • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and provide visibility into project health, timelines, and outcomes • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement future-state processes and improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to drive projects to completion • Support product launches through cross-functional planning, milestone tracking, readiness reviews, and execution coordination • Manage go-to-market timelines, launch deliverables, stakeholder communications, and implementation requirements • Coordinate product-launch dependencies across product management, marketing, operations, customer support, sales enablement, and distribution teams • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic corporate events and executive programs • Manage event budgets, logistics, registration, vendors, venues, communications, on-site operations, and post-event analysis • Provide operational support for executive meetings, strategic planning, leadership engagements, and organizational programs • Produce executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, business reviews, and supporting materials • Coordinate master calendars, content management, surveys, reporting, and administrative workflows • Lead or support special, confidential, and highly sensitive projects for senior leadership • Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling privileged business information and executive requests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and coordinating strategic business initiatives • Experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation • Ability to define project objectives, scope, success metrics, risks, assumptions, stakeholders, and resource requirements • Experience developing project plans, schedules, milestones, governance frameworks, and status reporting • Proficiency with designated project and portfolio management tools • Ability to facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews • Experience monitoring project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, HR, and external partners • Product launch and lifecycle management experience • Event planning and execution experience, including budgets, logistics, registration, vendors, venues, communications, and on-site operations • Ability to develop executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, business reviews, and communications • Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when handling privileged business information and executive requests
