📋 Description
• Provide exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint • Maintain detailed and accurate client records within the CRM • Understand and work with medical records, billing, and filing • Assist with the flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus • Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Basic knowledge of accounting principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to read and write in English • Efficient communication skills • Eagerness to learn, grow, and passionately serve clients • Ability to work prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Must be available to work weekends
