• Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources. • Lead a project team, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Develop comprehensive project plans, maintain documentation, identify and mitigate risks, and track progress using appropriate tools and metrics. • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party partners. • Manage vendor relationships, oversee contract deliverables, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and facilitate seamless integration of vendor resources into project workflows.
• 5-7 years of project management experience • Experience with distribution intelligence platforms such as SalesPage, Broadridge SalesVision, SS&C SalesConnect, or similar • PMP, RTE, CAPM, CSM, or similar certification • Experience in the financial services/ asset management industry • Experience with vendor management • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Experience with enterprise data ecosystems (including Snowflake and Salesforce Data 360) within asset management or financial services. • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) • Strong analytical and communication skills.
