📋 Description

• Play a key role in crafting compelling messaging and strategies to drive business impact for G-P’s global employment platform. • Lead product launches and design marketing strategies that drive feature adoption and engagement. • Initiate product-led growth strategies to promote G-P’s advanced AI capabilities. • Partnering with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing: Proven track record in product launches, messaging, and driving feature adoption. • Strategic Insight: Ability to turn market, customer, and competitive data into actionable GTM strategies. • Technical Translation: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex features into customer-centric value propositions. • Product Launches: Experience planning product campaigns that drive both market excitement and measurable product usage. • Data-Driven Optimization: Proficient in using analytics and benchmarking to measure campaign success and pivot strategies. • Modern GTM Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tech and strategies for improving efficiency. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams toward a shared vision. • High-Growth Agility: An entrepreneurial "owner" mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Presentation Abilities: Robust communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including comfort presenting virtually to large audiences.
