📋 Description

• Calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions for thousands of agents. • Answer commission queries, research problems, and explain commission calculations. • Troubleshoot root causes and take corrective actions to ensure accurate pay. • Perform accounting and auditing of commission accounts. • Maintain the commission database, including data entry and maintenance. • Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions. • Maintain records and documentation supporting audit requirements. • Audit commission statements accurately and in detail. • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly commission processes. • Analyze commission disputes, identify and research discrepancies, and reconcile them. • Enhance current processes through deeper understanding of the commission process. • Assist with questions about 1099s and general 1099 preparation. • Perform other assigned functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; or equivalent years of analytical experience. • Prior experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting is a plus. • Background in the insurance industry is a plus. • Familiarity with Varicent, Xactly, or SAP Callidus is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, organization, and confidential information handling. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • High emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability, flexibility, and ability to learn quickly under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access. • Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift. • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications.
