📋 Description

• Conserve business on behalf of the Company • Help customers who call to cancel understand the importance of keeping their coverage • Provide policy maintenance • Answer questions regarding coverage, premium, and other policy information • Compose business letters • Work independently and make judgment decisions • Make outbound calls to existing policyholders to collect delinquent premium payments • Resell policy benefits and provide excellent customer service • Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes • Maintain discretion and tact when providing customer service • Maintain extensive telephone contact using appropriate telephone skills

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm is required • Experience in a call center environment is preferred • Some insurance and/or sales experience is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to solve complex policyholder issues with a positive attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure • Knowledge of life and/or health insurance terminology is preferred • Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
