📋 Description

• Guide online reputation management and social media strategy development for the Globe Life brand and subsidiaries • Monitor daily social media activity and identify brand mentions • Deliver market value reporting to appropriate internal teams in a timely manner • Analyze data and identify current social media trends to strengthen the Globe Life brand • Assist in developing strategies to improve the social media presence of independent business owners and agents • Coordinate social media strategies at corporate, agency, and individual levels with the Marketing Team • Monitor corporate social media inboxes and assign messages to appropriate marketing teams • Use social media listening tools such as Sprinklr Insights to monitor brand reputation • Analyze social media performance and compile weekly and monthly reports • Identify data trends to build social media initiatives and assess monitoring needs • Monitor incoming reviews via Birdeye and communicate low-rated or unanswered reviews • Build competitor reports to identify growth opportunities • Identify upcoming trends for content development and growth across social media channels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social media or digital marketing from a four-year college or university • 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management • Passion for social media and digital marketing industry • Ability to analyze data and identify trends • Effective communication with management and team members • Enthusiasm and initiative when taking on new projects • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple assignments • Strong proofreading and writing skills with attention to detail • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Sprout • Experience with online reputation platforms such as Birdeye, Talkwalker, and Google My Business • Reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
