📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low to moderately complex auto claims • Confirm coverage and determine legal liability • Equitably settle or defend claims in compliance with state regulatory requirements • Manage and support customers through the total loss damages process • Identify and pursue recovery opportunities • Provide claims service through various channels to policyholders and third-party customers • Apply knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products, policy contracts, coverages, and claims processes • Seek guidance and identify issues for escalation • Partner with or direct vendors and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution • Contribute to business goals and performance metrics while using tools and technology • Support workload surges and catastrophe operations as needed • Recognize life events, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an inbound phone-intensive contact center environment using a headset • Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external customers and business partners • Computer literacy in a Windows operating environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to implement and adapt to rapid change • Ability to navigate and work in multiple systems simultaneously • Ability to work effectively within an AI-enabled environment • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years of claims adjusting experience required • Current Insurance Adjuster License required • Ability to work the preferred 10:00 am–7:00 pm CST schedule • Must not require visa sponsorship
