📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners • Grow and foster dealership partnerships • Provide mentorship and consulting to meet monthly and yearly sales objectives • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other customer feedback to identify deficiencies and opportunities • Assist with product launches and coordinate marketing and advertising among dealers, independent aftermarket, and GM • Monitor dealership personnel training and compliance with GM requirements and objectives • Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization • Analyze dealer sales, local markets, and competition to identify revenue opportunities • Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts • Assist with customer problem resolution • Travel to dealers throughout the designated region • Partner with retailers to deliver customer experiences, accelerate growth, support EV adoption, and bring innovative solutions to market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent professional experience • 2+ years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools • Ability to travel up to 75% to different locations within the territory • Must legally operate a motor vehicle in accordance with licensing requirements of the states where work is performed • Must live in an approved city within the assigned territory or relocate to Charlotte or a surrounding leadership-approved area within 60 days of the start date • Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, or other immigration support • Preferred: strategic business planning, data analytics, customer focus, conflict resolution, problem-solving, persuasive communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in changing environments
