📋 Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and procurement staff across 46 states and Guam • Support healthcare facilities with medication and surgical supply needs • Contribute to efficient inventory management • Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily • Manage and track activities through Acumatica and HubSpot CRM systems • Prospect through cold and warm calling to generate new business • Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers • Create new customer accounts and expand facility partnerships • Meet and exceed key performance and work ethic goals • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support • Potentially assist other departments, including warehouse and cleaning tasks, or take calls for other employees when on site

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Tech-savvy and adaptable with new software and systems • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations • Team-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers • Desire to thrive in a performance-based, rewarding environment • Ability to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily • Experience or ability to manage activities through CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot) • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
