• Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling, and servicing vascular products • Develop new accounts and drive adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the full peripheral vascular product portfolio for PAD • Manage territory organization, planning, administration, expenses, and compliance • Train medical staff on products and procedures • Achieve assigned performance objectives and business goals • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for revenue, market share, and account development • Identify opportunities across existing and prospective accounts and expand customer partnerships • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, presentations, and clinical discussions • Influence and close business opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, objection handling, and cross-functional partnerships • Generate leads, uncover new business opportunities, and represent Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events • Plan procedures with physicians and care teams, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and optimize patient outcomes • Manage account coverage, market intelligence, expenses, and financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years of relevant experience, OR associate's degree and 10+ years, OR Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Candidates must reside within the assigned West Palm Beach/Boca Raton/Jupiter, Florida territory • Ability to travel regularly between customer accounts • Ability to work standard business hours, with additional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed • Valid driver's license • Active auto insurance • Driving record meeting company standards • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; roles below Principal level do not offer U.S. work authorization sponsorship • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Knowledge and experience in operating room, hospital, and physician office protocol/conduct • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel • Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, up to 8 hours per day • Ability to operate safely in clinical environments involving personal protective equipment and possible exposure to infectious diseases or radiation
