• Promote a capital and consumable portfolio addressing respiratory surgical complications • Drive revenue-generating sales to key hospital personnel, C-suite stakeholders, and end customers • Forecast business and own customer relationships • Understand and target customer product needs • Develop and execute territory sales strategies • Lead territory opportunity development and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual projections • Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute sales strategies to maintain existing business and close growth opportunities • Develop and close product sales inquiries and leads • Coordinate with regional field sales teams to drive incremental revenue and achieve sales goals • Develop, negotiate, close, and manage profitable agreements • Maintain sales tools, call strategies, territory plans, and strategic business plans • Deliver strategic messaging at trade shows, presentations, and board meetings • Provide product feature, benefit, value, and clinical support • Lead coordination of clinical evaluations and pre-sales support • Conduct implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing post-sales support • Maintain customer relationships and understand customer initiatives • Maintain knowledge of related products, applications, programs, and value-added offerings • Use specialist and clinical resources efficiently to optimize the sales process • Inform the Regional Business Manager and local team of new account opportunities • Complete assigned projects and administrative duties • Maintain Vendor Credentialing requirements
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years, or Associate’s Degree and 6+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences • Must be located in Nebraska or Iowa • Valid driver's license • 3+ years of documented sales success in medical capital equipment and/or consumables • 3+ years in a team selling environment • Experience selling to the acute care hospital operating room environment • Ability to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases • Proven ability to succeed in complex sales and clinical environments • Strong computer expertise and business application skills • Thorough understanding of the sales process • Understanding of the medical sales arena • Strong verbal and written communication and exceptional client interaction skills • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment
