📋 Description

• Lead and manage engineers developing and maintaining scalable ML data infrastructure • Define and implement architecture patterns and best practices for data ingestion, processing, storage, and access • Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, data platform engineers, and product teams to translate data requirements into technical specifications • Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in data pipelines and analytical platforms • Design efficient data flows and system architectures using data pipeline development expertise • Evaluate and integrate technologies and tools to enhance ML data infrastructure • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements • Participate in strategic planning and road mapping aligned with company objectives • Identify and address potential issues through detail-oriented problem-solving • Conduct qualitative research to understand user needs and inform infrastructure development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field, focused on ML data infrastructure • Experience leading and managing technical teams • Expertise designing, building, and operating large-scale data systems and analytical platforms • Proficiency in multiple computer languages relevant to data engineering, such as Python, Scala, and Java • Understanding of AI and ML concepts and their data requirements • Ability to determine system requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Understanding of Agile Methodology and experience in an agile environment • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality and accuracy • Previous experience in Robotics or Autonomous Driving preferred
