📋 Description

• Design, build, test, validate, and provide ongoing support for Epic Hospital Billing applications in Revenue Cycle Apps Workflow • Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of application functionality and operational/revenue workflows • Design future-state workflows with department representatives and configure systems to support them • Provide Epic product function, design, and build expertise for product implementation • Assess current-state workflows and translate business and operational needs into system configuration • Demonstrate system functionality and submit status reports to leadership • Coordinate organizational meetings and attend weekly team meetings • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures • Provide training to IT staff and user clients • Troubleshoot problems and implement approved system changes • Review and test builds, releases, and enhancements before production implementation • Maintain build standards, issue tracking, build trackers, and change-control processes • Collaborate with Principal Trainers on role-based training programs and assist with end-user training • Prepare testing scripts and perform unit, system, and integrated testing • Document test results • Contribute to activation plans, activation tasks, and production-environment readiness • Provide on-site support as needed during go-live and downtime events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Strong experience in Epic Hospital Billing build/configuration/workflows • With Bachelor's: 4 or more years job-related experience in information technology or healthcare • With Associate's degree or two years college-level coursework: 6 or more years job-related experience in information technology or healthcare • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification • Must reside in Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado
