📋 Description

• Support operations and implementation of multiple grants advancing perinatal care access in Massachusetts and nationally • Manage performance, and adherence to schedules, contract requirements, and quality standards • Provide capacity building support and technical assistance to CBO sub-agreement partners • Develop and oversee program processes and systems • Contribute to strategic direction, priorities, and implementation timeline revisions • Oversee project monitoring and administrative support • Contribute to business development opportunities and portfolio growth • Build positive client, vendor, and funder relations • Supervise technical &/or administrative staff; may have administrative supervision over 1-3 staff

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of training & experience required in a related discipline: public health; sociology, public administration • 5-7 years related experience (or Master’s degree plus 3 years) in the management of a multi-stakeholder projects or initiatives related to maternal and child health • 3–5 years experience with administrative staff supervision • 3-5 years experience working on projects related to community midwifery, freestanding birth centers, or reproductive autonomy • Demonstrable oral and written cross-cultural communication skills • Knowledge and understanding of the certified professional midwife model of care • Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for details • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel • Willingness and ability to travel within the United States, including by car, train, or plane up to 5% of time
