📋 Description

• Teach online classes as needed in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters • Lead or participate in asynchronous online discussions with students • Instruct and supervise a diverse population of students • Grade all assignments and provide detailed, in-depth feedback within five days of the due date • Respond to student emails and requests within 24 hours • Engage with students through electronic communications • Maintain a positive and professional tone in communications with students, staff, and faculty • Assist with recruiting and retaining students • Adhere to Tiffin University policies and procedures • Assess and facilitate student progress through pre-built courses developed by subject matter experts

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree in course content area • Evidence of competence in the area of instruction • Maintain expertise appropriate to teaching responsibilities • Ability or willingness to learn to manage class in an online learning modality • Commitment to student engagement, student success, and instructional excellence • Current knowledge of effective teaching methodologies • Ability to utilize a variety of instructional delivery methods, classroom media, and educational resources • Expertise in Project Management • Ability to teach graduate Project Management courses, including Project Management Fundamentals, Project Risk Management, Project Leadership and Team Management, and Project Budgeting and Cost Management
