• Conduct remote evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients • Diagnose speech, language, voice, and/or swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices • Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans • Provide direct teletherapy services as clinically indicated • Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs, including review of session notes, progress, and treatment implementation • Offer clinical guidance and feedback to SLPA staff to ensure quality and compliance • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care • Educate caregivers and families on communication strategies and home carryover • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Georgia licensure and payer requirements • Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and clinical consultation as needed
• Active Georgia SLP license (required) • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early intervention, strongly preferred • Prior school-based or pediatric clinical experience highly desirable • Experience supervising or working alongside SLPAs preferred (training/support provided if needed) • Strong knowledge of speech and swallowing anatomy, physiology, and development • Comfortable providing services via telehealth platforms • Excellent communication skills with families, assistants, and multidisciplinary teams • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a remote caseload effectively
