📋 Description

• Serve as a senior strategic partner to leaders across the GTM organization • Help scale the business and strengthen leadership effectiveness • Build high-performing teams while ensuring operational discipline • Partner directly with the People team and leadership on talent strategies • Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives • Champion AI-enabled ways of working and advocate for company culture • Mentor leaders on performance management and develop talent programs • Leverage people analytics to identify trends for informed decision-making • Manage complex employee relations matters and build leadership capability

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience • Significant experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in high-growth technology organizations • Exposure to globally distributed teams • Hands-on experience supporting organizations across both India and the United States • Thought leadership with deep, strategic expertise across various HR disciplines • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote-first global environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership at all levels of the organization
