📋 Description

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Revenue Architects • Coach the team on account strategy, executive presence, and value realization • Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and oversee revenue transformation strategies through Gong’s AI Operating System • Develop a point of view for driving outcomes for customers in financial services and healthcare • Guide workflow architecture by mapping customer processes to AI-driven workflows • Drive adoption initiatives, behavior change, and integration of Gong into daily team rhythms • Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes and demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value • Own aggregate renewal strategy and execution, partnering on growth and net dollar retention • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Drive adoption and usage to accelerate time-to-value, retention, and expansion for enterprise accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams in a B2B SaaS company • 6–10+ years of total proven experience in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar) • Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers, or professional work experience in those industries • Proven track record of coaching others to own relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and lead value/ROI conversations • Passion for driving customer centricity by leveraging internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the leadership level • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and tracking team-wide KPIs • Passion for driving customer outcomes and contributing to a high-performing and accountable work culture • Self-starter who excels in high-paced environments and thrives in change and ambiguity • Growth mindset, coachability, dedication to winning together, and willingness to challenge conventional wisdom
