📋 Description

• Lead discovery on selling motions, pricing strategies, and approval policies • Translate client requirements into scalable CPQ data models • Design end-to-end quote-to-cash architectures from Lead through Revenue • Design integrations with CLM, e-signature, billing, and ERP systems • Advise clients on buying existing tools versus building custom solutions • Identify and build AI-enabled workflows for quote generation, approval routing, and contract review • Model products and pricing, including bundles, options, rules, price books, multi-currency, and partner pricing • Define solution patterns for ramp deals, usage/consumption, prorations, amendments, and renewals • Diagnose fragmented Q2C systems and own fixes from root cause through shipped solution • Author technical design documents and scope and estimate CPQ workstreams and migrations • Present designs, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders • Guide implementation through configuration standards, code review, data migration, and test plans • Establish CPQ and Billing governance, playbooks, and runbooks • Mentor teammates through coaching on CPQ concepts and platform releases • Collaborate with RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, Analysts, and client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing and implementing RevOps and/or Q2C solutions • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and IT • Deep CPQ expertise with Salesforce and at least one modern CPQ/Billing platform, with a strong preference for Nue.io • Salesforce platform breadth across core objects, Flow, Platform Events, and Apex/Lightning best practices • Experience diagnosing fragmented or broken Q2C systems and owning fixes through shipment • Experience with AI and agents in Q2C, data governance, PII, and compliance • Product and pricing modeling skills, including bundles/options, configuration rules, advanced pricing, multi-currency, tax, and channel/partner scenarios • Subscription lifecycle expertise: amendments, co-terming, renewals, and ARR/RevRec implications • Hands-on integration experience across CLM, e-signature, billing, payment gateways, data warehouses, and ERPs • Knowledge of API patterns and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato • Data and migration experience and knowledge of the wider RevOps and revenue technology ecosystem • Agile delivery, backlog shaping, story writing, acceptance criteria, and iterative release planning • Ability to author technical design documents and scope and estimate complex workstreams • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and mentoring teammates • Bonus: Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, CPQ/Billing vendor certifications, or experience with consumption/usage-based pricing or marketplace monetization • Must reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay
