📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect • Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure • Engage with business stakeholders to understand application requirements • Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives • Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols • Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework • Co-design Pega integrations with other technologies in collaboration with integration architects and cross-technology counterparts • Coordinate with the Pega vendor on Service Requests and their resolution • Manage Pega platform-level 508 defects and their resolution plans • Perform design reviews and code reviews • Ensure code quality, compliance with guardrails and best practices, and performance requirements • Mentor and guide junior developers and system architects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science (CS) preferred • 8+ years of experience in IT leadership/architecture, specializing in Pega • Certified Pega Lead System Architect is required • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards • Experience with Pega Infinity/Constellation UX Design System/Version 8.X • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams • Strong interpersonal skills for dynamic, project-based roles • Strong organizational skills • US Citizenship required due to clearance requirement • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Experience working with Pega eForms and content generation in PDFs is preferred • Active VA Public Trust • Prior experience supporting federal agencies • Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment
