📋 Description

• Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team as necessary • Complete approximately 4 typical site surveys or 8 BAP site surveys weekly • Travel to local businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region and nationwide to complete site surveys • Use company equipment to scan and provide accurate measurements of lease spaces, including room sizes, windows, doors, ceilings, structural information, ductwork, exterior elevations, rooftops, sprinkler lines, furniture and IT equipment • Access rooftops via extension ladder or scissor lift as necessary • Document ADA violations for architectural and engineering purposes • Photo-document site interiors and exteriors, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, safety, alarm and fire equipment • Submit monthly expense reports on time and track site expenses • Perform other duties as assigned • Complete reports remotely at the surveyor’s local address or on customer/client sites

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in architectural/construction principles • Spatial intelligence and ability to sketch • Technical abilities, such as mobile mapping and use of iPads • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and other similar software • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Valid Driver License • Independent worker dedicated to excellence • Ability to draft in CAD preferred • Bachelor’s degree required in Architecture or a related scientific field • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including criminal history, education verification, employment verification and drug test; credit and motor vehicle record checks may also apply
