📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for complex, high-impact product areas. • Drive design strategy and execution for features across product lines. • Evolve design system to enable consistent shipping at speed. • Elevate brand expression across product touchpoints. • Pioneer AI-powered design workflows. • Conduct user research to discover representative democracy experiences. • Implement design changes directly in the codebase. • Mentor peer designers on craft excellence. • Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience. • At least 2+ years in a staff or principal-level individual contributor role. • Experience with consumer internet or consumer-quality SaaS companies. • Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications. • Proficient with design tools like Figma. • Strong AI fluency for design workflows. • Experience with user research methodologies. • Excellent brand sensibility and visual taste. • Experience building or contributing to design systems.
