📋 Description

• Serve as adjunct online faculty for a variety of business courses • Teach potential courses including Business Law and Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Interpersonal Communication, Fundamentals of Customer Service, and Business Communications • Deliver courses in 5.5-week terms using asynchronous coursework and scheduled live class sessions via Microsoft Teams • Facilitate scheduled live online class sessions, generally up to two times per week depending on the course schedule • Support adult learners through student-centered teaching

🎯 Requirements

• Current employment with a Goodwill organization • Minimum of two years of Goodwill retail management, leadership, or relevant professional experience • A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field related to the instructional assignment • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting adult learners • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and basic instructional technology • Ability and willingness to facilitate scheduled live online class sessions via Microsoft Teams, generally up to two times per week depending on the course schedule • Experience using a learning management system (LMS) is preferred • Previous online teaching or training experience is preferred
