📋 Description

• Promote Goodyear products and programs, highlighting the Total Goodyear Program’s competitive value. • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies. • Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting. • Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities. • Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers. • Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs. • Provide timely, accurate product guidance and respond promptly to customer inquiries. • Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Direct selling experience in a business to business (B2B) environment • Experience managing a sales team in business to business (B2B) environment • An understanding of commercial tire product applications and experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is desired.
