• Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders at a defined set of priority academic and community neurology centers. • Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the relutrigine clinical profile, including complex discussions in rare and genetic epilepsies. • Support pre-launch medical readiness by educating stakeholders on emerging data, evolving treatment paradigms, and patient identification considerations in SCN2A and SCN8A populations. • Engage in deep scientific dialogue on mechanism of action, genotype–phenotype relationships, and clinical data interpretation in rare patient populations. • Gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights (e.g., unmet needs, diagnostic challenges, treatment patterns, clinical questions) to inform medical strategy. • Support identification and engagement of key experts and specialized epilepsy centers under the guidance of senior team members. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned execution of field activities and support clinical readiness. • Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and medical meetings, capturing and translating insights into actionable recommendations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rare epilepsy landscapes, clinical data, and emerging scientific developments. • Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN). • Early to mid-career experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, clinical research, or related roles in biotech/pharma. • Strong ability to learn and communicate scientific and clinical information clearly and credibly. • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers. • Interest in developing field-based expertise, including insight gathering and scientific engagement. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail. • Willingness to travel extensively (~60–80%). • Experience in neurology or CNS disorders preferred. • Exposure to payer/market access concepts is a plus.
