📋 Description

• Conduct and manage penetration testing on a regular schedule • Select, implement, and manage antivirus scanning • Select, implement, and monitor SIEM tooling • Assess existing and future software systems for security posture and compliance • Manage and conduct role-specific security training programs • Assess Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and implement continuous improvements • Manage and conduct compliance operations to maintain current compliance frameworks and acquire additional certifications as needed • Respond to security questionnaires and RFPs • Work closely with IT, sales, engineers, and product managers to maintain secure, reliable, and trustworthy systems • Evaluate and continuously improve production security systems for AI-powered public safety applications

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen • Must pass FBI fingerprint and background checks in multiple states • 5+ years of experience in security analysis / operations • Experience managing a compliance process including at least SOC 2, NIST, or ISO • Experience evaluating the security of third-party systems and services / new vendors • Experience evaluating security concerns unique to AI systems • Experience using AI in personal and/or business workflows • Basic software development experience is nice to have • Criminal Justice background is nice to have • Public Sector, Government, or Public Safety experience is nice to have
