📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product families • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts to design, build, and scale impactful solutions • Drive innovation and influence product strategy at the executive level • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights • Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams • Provide technical and strategic guidance to the product team • Translate customer and business needs into scalable, usable data products • Deliver solutions that create measurable value for customers and the business

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management • Proven track record delivering technically complex SaaS products and solving advanced technical challenges • Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with Engineering teams • Experience launching and scaling products in a B2B SaaS environment • Significant expertise in the life sciences industry, particularly quality or regulatory compliance, is a strong advantage • Proven experience delivering data products with Data Engineers and Analysts • Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Familiarity with data pipelines, advanced data structures, SaaS architecture, and AI/ML technologies • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in mature product organizations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Advanced degrees such as an MBA are a plus
