📋 Description

• Provide technical coordination and support before and during virtual classroom sessions • Operate the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes according to various delivery methods • Produce VILT sessions • Manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls • Answer learner questions and manage chat • Create and distribute links • Troubleshoot technical issues • Advance slides • Support facilitators with activities and instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional customer client service skills and a technical aptitude • Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom, or similar training platforms for virtual classroom course delivery • Ability to provide high-quality operational and communication capabilities for seamless information transfer between instructors and service provider • Ability to provide technical support to students joining the session one hour before class • Ability to respond to all non-urgent items related to scheduled class sessions in less than 24 hours • Ability to support training sessions during regular business hours
