📋 Description

• Create expert-level legal tasks and reference solutions • Develop tasks across contracts, litigation-support, and legal-research workflows • Review legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability • Identify legal reasoning gaps, ambiguities, and quality issues • Apply project rubrics and evaluation standards consistently • Incorporate calibration and senior-review feedback • Translate complex legal issues into clear, realistic legal tasks • Deliver high-quality work within project requirements and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of legal practice experience, ideally at Associate level • JD or equivalent legal qualification • Active US bar admission • Strong experience with contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research • Strong legal reasoning and issue-spotting ability • Ability to analyze complex legal matters and produce practical written outputs • Strong attention to detail and written communication • Ability to incorporate structured feedback and work against defined quality standards
