⢠Design, own, and scale organic and paid social media strategy. ⢠Manage paid advertising strategy, including paid social, paid search, display, and retargeting. ⢠Lead the paid ABM strategy and execution of targeted programs. ⢠Ensure traffic acquisition aligns to pipeline and revenue objectives. ⢠Oversee execution and optimization of campaigns, including audience targeting and creative testing. ⢠Deliver actionable reporting on performance metrics to marketing leadership.
⢠5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media and social marketing, including paid social, PPC, and ABM. ⢠Proven experience owning and optimizing media budgets with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline impact. ⢠Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data, attribution models, and testing frameworks. ⢠Experience working closely with cross-functional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns. ⢠Expertise with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, 6sense, Google Analytics, and related martech tools. ⢠Experience marketing to public sector audiences is a plus. ⢠A proactive, curious marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
