• Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale telecom network migration program • Build, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and customers • Drive accountability and execution across multiple parallel workstreams • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and change requests • Ensure readiness for migration milestones, cutovers, and go-live events • Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear stakeholder communications • Support Agile and SCRUM delivery practices while maintaining overall project governance • Ensure consistent documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• 2+ years of project management experience • Experience managing a network or telecom migration project (required) • Telecom industry experience is desirable but not required • Networking knowledge or certifications are a plus but not necessary • API/Agile/SCRUM experience preferred • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
