📋 Description

• Design, build, test, document, and maintain Salesforce solutions using AI-assisted and agentic development with human review and security safeguards • Build and share reusable AI-assisted workflows, including prompts, agents, and test and review automation • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, APIs, integrations, custom web applications, and backend services • Develop solutions using OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and other Salesforce capabilities • Build secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce, internal applications, data platforms, and third-party systems • Evaluate business and technical needs and choose between Salesforce configuration, custom development, separate applications, or integrations • Deliver new features and support production systems, including on-call participation, incident response, and lasting issue resolution • Write automated tests, review code, maintain technical documentation, and follow healthcare and insurance security and privacy requirements • Run Salesforce releases and deployments using Salesforce CLI, version control, automated delivery processes, and tools such as Copado • Participate in Agile planning and delivery, mentor engineers, share knowledge, and improve engineering standards • Evaluate and build with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, when appropriate for business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of delivering complex, business-critical solutions on the Salesforce platform • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic tools in daily development • Sound judgment in reviewing, testing, and securing AI-generated code • Deep expertise in OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, data modeling, and platform security • Experience building integrations and APIs on Salesforce, including REST, events, integration tools, and common data exchange patterns • Ability to translate business needs into technical decisions and explain options and tradeoffs • Ability to work independently, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards • Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus • Backend service development experience is a plus • Familiarity with Agentforce and experience with Copado are preferred • Knowledge of healthcare, health insurance, or benefits and sensitive and regulated data requirements is nice to have • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employer visa sponsorship will be required
