📋 Description

• Run point across a multi-vendor ecosystem and explain how platforms and teams connect • Understand users and represent their needs accurately • Own product direction by connecting customer needs, business priorities, and technical realities • Define outcomes, prioritize the roadmap, and make tradeoffs • Workshop with users and stakeholders to clarify problems and shape features • Translate business needs into requirements and remain accountable through feature delivery • Build and own the backlog and work directly with developers to ship software • Analyze JSON payloads, API responses, logs, and data flows across systems • Identify and drive dependencies across teams and systems • Track risks, decisions, dependencies, blockers, and status across concurrent workstreams • Build working relationships with internal and client stakeholders • Coordinate effectively across Poland-based engineering teams and U.S. West Coast client stakeholders • Provide fallback technical support when product issues occur • Say no to work that does not support the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product delivery role • Experience in a consultancy, SaaS, or complex enterprise environment • Proven experience owning products or major features from discovery through delivery, including requirements, prioritization, backlog management, release planning, and post-launch iteration • Ability to translate ambiguous business and customer problems into product direction, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable engineering work • Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders • Experience facilitating discussions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and driving decisions • Ability to partner with UX/design and engineering teams • Experience working with distributed, cross-time-zone teams • Strong understanding of Agile product development, including refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, release coordination, and iterative delivery • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate opportunities, prioritize work, define success measures, and assess product outcomes • Comfort navigating technical conversations involving APIs, integrations, data flows, third-party systems, and complex enterprise environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and proactive, with ability to identify gaps, follow through on commitments, surface risks early, and keep work moving • Comfortable operating in a consulting environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity • Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate at own expense to, the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina area before the start date • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship • Nice to have: consulting or client-services experience • Nice to have: experience with consumer-facing digital products, mobile applications, loyalty, hospitality, gaming, e-commerce, or similar platforms • Nice to have: familiarity with Jira, Miro/Mural, Figma, and product analytics platforms • Nice to have: experience using AI or automation tools in product workflows
