📋 Description

• Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy • Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies or variances • Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation • Support accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other general ledger activities • Partner cross-functionally with teams including FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Payroll • Assist with audit requests and external reporting requirements • Support billing, AP, AR, and other operational accounting activities as needed • Help optimize workflows and reporting within NetSuite and related systems • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives in a growing SaaS environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required • SaaS industry experience strongly preferred • CPA preferred, but not required • Strong reconciliation and general ledger experience required • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Advanced Excel skills preferred • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Airbase systems strongly preferred.
