📋 Description
• Own and manage the full onboarding lifecycle • Support agent onboarding, including licensing and appointment coordination • Partner with Sales on new business case submissions • Support system automation and process improvements • Assist agents with Employee Navigator group setup • Confirm delivery of required welcome letters and onboarding communications • Identify and resolve onboarding issues early
🎯 Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience in sales support, onboarding, implementation, or insurance/benefits operations • Strong organizational and process management skills • High attention to detail with strong follow-through • Strong communication skills • Comfort working with technology platforms, workflows, and process documentation
