📋 Description

• Driving predictable, on-time delivery across multiple pods and initiatives • Improving release confidence, reducing defects, and strengthening coordination • Using data, reporting, and AI tools to enhance team effectiveness and visibility • Ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program delivery, agile leadership, or similar roles • Experience supporting cross-functional software delivery across multiple teams and workstreams • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile practices, and release processes • Proven success improving delivery performance, predictability, and execution quality • Experience working closely with engineering, product, platform, and/or data teams
