Handle the full process from site walk to tracking. • Client & HOA Support: Explain vendor options to boards and owners. Present price, quality, and risk clearly. • Operations & Problem Solving: Plan for snow season and emergency work. Step in when vendors fail or problems arise.
• Experience in estimating, vendor management, or facilities/property services. • Strong understanding of pricing, scopes, and contracts. • Comfortable negotiating with vendors. • Very organized and detail-oriented. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Able to explain decisions clearly to non-technical clients. • Experience with property management tools is a plus (Buildium, Asana, Google Drive).
