📋 Description
• Perform home and commercial inspections for several hours a day • Contact clients by either telephone, email, or in-person at inspections • Track inspection activities and update files/database as appropriate • Must be available to work six days a week, with flexible schedule options
🎯 Requirements
• Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed as a Home Inspector (required to apply) • Minimum of two years construction or a related field experience preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of home inspection procedures • Basic skill in computers, apps and office equipment
