• Partner with business teams to understand their goals and data needs • Build and validate data models using SQL, Python, and Databricks • Use AI coding assistants in day-to-day workflow • Analyze data, identify quality issues, and develop practical solutions • Test, document, and improve work based on feedback • Present final project and recommendations to business and Decision Intelligence leaders • Complete a 10-week summer internship with real projects and responsibility • Participate in executive speaker series, business segment overviews, mentor relationships, site visits, community outreach, and networking opportunities • Present a Final Capstone Project
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field • Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028 • Experience with SQL and Python through coursework, projects, or previous internships • Exposure to data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Interest in using AI tools to support technical and analytical work • Strong communication, curiosity, and attention to detail • Ability to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of your work
