📋 Description
• Coordinate real estate closings and manage the full lifecycle of closing transactions • Assemble, prepare, review, and verify loan closing documents • Manage an active pipeline of transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Serve as a liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents • Support post-closing activities and manage additional duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required, Baccalaureate degree preferred • 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred • Strong customer service skills required • National title closing experience preferable
