📋 Description

• Maintain an active Escrow License • Review commitments for signature affixation and delivery • Review T-64 affidavits for signature affixation • Review incoming deposits for Texas files in the system • Review disbursements to initiate wire transfers and print checks • Review policies for signature affixation and delivery • Notify legal and management teams via email or Teams about audit-related communications • Assist with processing quarterly TTIGA payments as needed • Handle other matters required for compliance with TDI regulations • Ensure compliance with Texas title insurance standards • Operate computer equipment and perform physical duties including bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; driving is required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Baccalaureate degree preferred • 5+ years’ experience in the closing and/or funding department with a title or escrow company required • Work under general supervision • Strong customer service skills required • National purchase and refinance experience preferred • Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred • TX Escrow License and on-site Management training completion preferred • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation formats • Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to operate computer equipment • Ability to speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. • Driving required
