📋 Description

• Provide project oversight, planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination • Support monthly and quarterly deliverables • Perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act • Intake, validate, review, track, and summarize up to 30 recognition requests per month • Create digital resources necessary for implementation • Establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 4 years' experience leading project management efforts for federal programs, healthcare programs, or complex technical review environment • Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, corrective action development, and stakeholder communication • Experience producing executive‑level reporting materials and maintaining compliance with federal performance standards • PMP certification highly preferred • Agile framework knowledge preferred
