📋 Description

• Manage multiple client accounts and project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. • Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, hot sheets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and financial tracking documentation. • Lead publications project management activities, including manuscripts, abstracts and posters, ensuring adherence to publication timelines, author review cycles, journal submission requirements and Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines. • Coordinate advisory board programmes end to end, including planning, logistics, briefing materials, meeting execution and post-meeting reporting. • Oversee delivery of medical communications materials, including slide decks, training materials and medical education content. • Manage project budgets, resource allocation and cross-functional teams across a portfolio of programmes. • Support and facilitate MLR review processes, ensuring compliance requirements are met and client review cycles progress efficiently. • Identify, communicate and proactively manage project risks, scope changes and delivery challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years' project management experience within a medical communications agency or a related healthcare or pharmaceutical environment. • Strong experience managing publications programmes, advisory boards and medical communications deliverables. • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, resource planning and financial tracking. • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including MLR review processes. • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
