📋 Description

• Own the entire marketing function, including brand, growth, lifecycle, measurement, and Martech infrastructure • Lead brand funnel and creative strategy across linear TV, connected TV, streaming, social, billboards, and experiential channels • Manage the full media mix and remain accountable for acquisition cost and volume • Own the Haus relationship, test design, and conversion of measurement into planning inputs • Lead Martech strategy; evaluate, enhance, replace, and implement Martech systems in partnership with engineering • Assess the existing marketing team’s composition, capabilities, and gaps • Develop a staffing plan and ensure the right people are in the right roles • Partner with product and design to align roadmaps and maintain consistent brand voice and design language • Activate and evaluate Gainbridge sponsorship assets, including Gainbridge Fieldhouse • Collaborate with the corporate sponsorships team on sponsorship changes and new deals • Decide which work to outsource and manage agency relationships • Report marketing findings to the President and senior leadership and drive efficient investment and strong business outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field • Master’s degree with a concentration in Marketing is preferred • 15+ years’ experience leading marketing • Meaningful experience in a direct-to-consumer financial services company • Experience in a competing company, not an ad agency or adjacent department/organization • Fluency in marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and geo-lift design • Ability to discuss the limitations of MMM, incrementality testing, and geo-lift design • Experience with products requiring regulatory review of marketing materials • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills • Ability to build and sustain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders • Proven experience managing an eight-figure budget across brand and performance • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
