📋 Description

• Extract, compile, organize, and consolidate program data from multiple systems • Maintain standardized datasets, reporting files, data dictionaries, and documentation • Conduct data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance reviews • Investigate and document missing records, inconsistent dates, duplicate entries, incomplete surveys, and conflicting participant information • Maintain data quality tracking logs and coordinate corrective actions • Collaborate with program staff and technical vendors to investigate discrepancies and troubleshoot reporting issues • Develop standardized data extraction, cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and documentation procedures • Prepare monthly program datasets and submissions for funders and external evaluation activities • Conduct pre-submission quality assurance checks and prepare reporting documentation • Maintain reporting archives and track deadlines • Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses of program data • Calculate and track performance indicators including enrollment, attendance, retention, repeat participation, completion, and survey response rates • Develop dashboards, performance tracking tools, summary tables, and data visualizations • Prepare analytical summaries, quarterly reports, funder updates, and internal performance summaries • Support evaluation activities, participant follow-up, longitudinal data collection, survey administration, participant tracking, and data linkage • Assist with qualitative and quantitative dataset preparation, participant interviews, qualitative coding, and evaluation reporting • Coordinate data review meetings and communicate data quality issues and reporting risks • Provide guidance on data entry, tracking procedures, reporting definitions, and documentation practices • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing programmatic, operational, or research datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and analysis • Experience working with information collected across multiple platforms or data sources • Experience preparing analytical reports, tables, charts, dashboards, or other data products • Familiarity with program monitoring, performance measurement, evaluation, or applied data analysis • Understanding of survey administration, data collection methods, performance indicators, and basic evaluation principles • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to data validation and documentation • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical data practices, and responsible handling of sensitive participant information • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookup functions, advanced formulas, data validation, filtering, data cleaning, and reconciliation • Experience importing, merging, organizing, reshaping, and analyzing datasets from multiple sources • Ability to create repeatable, well-documented data preparation and reporting workflows • Proficiency in developing charts, tables, dashboards, and other data visualizations • Experience using online survey platforms, learning management systems, registration databases, or comparable systems • Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly and troubleshoot data inconsistencies • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Data Analytics, Epidemiology, Psychology, Health Informatics, Program Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant applied experience
