📋 Description

• Process casino and payment risk alerts in line with company standards • Identify suspicious players and potential fraud during the shift • Resolve casino and payment cases based on established procedures • Contribute to improving operational processes • Report casino and payment anomalies to management in a timely manner • Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related fields • Strong numerical and Excel skills • Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools will be a plus • Upper-Intermediate level of English • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Flexible analytical mindset • Diligence, responsibility, and reliability • Good time management skills
