📋 Description

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization to ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place • Support enterprise-wide risk management workflows, including presenting insights and updates to leadership as required • Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk policies, procedures, and controls in line with best practice • Support ongoing maintenance of the risk register, ensuring risks are accurately recorded and regularly reviewed • Assist in preparing risk reports and dashboards for senior management and relevant committees • Work with business units to promote a strong risk culture and enhance risk awareness across the organization • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards • Assist with internal audits and provide support during external audit processes as required • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Security, Product, and other key stakeholders • Support the continued development of key components of the Second-Line of Defence Enterprise Risk Management program

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or a related function • Experience supporting or delivering risk management activities within a regulated or structured environment • Specific focus on enterprise, operational, and regulatory risk • Familiarity with identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks • Understanding of enterprise risk frameworks in practice • Solid understanding of enterprise risk and risk management control frameworks • Experience drafting and developing policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans • Ability to translate regulatory or internal requirements into practical, maintainable processes • Highly analytical; capable of assessing complex information to identify operational, regulatory, and enterprise-level risks • Comfortable building processes, maintaining risk registers, tracking mitigation actions, and ensuring accurate, current, documented risk data • Ability to engage stakeholders across organizational levels and explain risk concepts in clear, business-friendly language • Comfortable preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and committees • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track actions, meet deadlines, and follow commitments through to completion
