📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact and owner of each engagement • Understand client business goals, establish KPIs, and develop strategies to achieve them • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams • Build monthly SEO strategies focused on high-intent, conversion-oriented keywords • Own strategy roadmaps, deliverables, milestones, and ETAs across internal teams and vendors • Execute SEO and content campaigns end-to-end with the in-house Content Team • Develop off-page content that earns citations and brand mentions across Reddit, YouTube, and digital PR • Identify and resolve technical site issues with web development resources • Help develop the playbook for AI visibility across Google, ChatGPT, and AI Overviews • Recommend and implement A/B tests, CRO improvements, and related experiments • Use Google Search Console, GA4, HubSpot, and AI search performance tools to measure results • Tie performance to conversions, pipeline, and revenue • Deliver detailed monthly KPI reporting and explain performance insights and recommendations • Suggest new channel tests, CRO improvements, and tracking setups • Identify upsell opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years delivering revenue growth and business impact through SEO • Fluency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and AI search visibility tracking tools • Strong data analysis skills in GA4 and spreadsheets • Ability to prioritize and execute against a high workload with attention to detail • Proficient use of GPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to provide data-grounded strategic recommendations • Extreme ownership of client engagements • Broad growth marketing knowledge, including CRO, full-funnel strategy, paid search, and paid social • Resourcefulness and growth mindset • Bonus: experience with Reddit organic marketing, digital PR, community-led growth, hands-on CRO or conversion tracking implementation, or AEO/AI visibility work
